The staff i encountered showed great kindness. They were always ready to assist. the resort seemed quite well maintained too. i appreciate the effort in keeping the place clean. our room was spacious, offering ample space to relax, and the air conditioning worked efficiently.

The room was very clean. The beds were neatly arranged. Decorations such as towel animals and flowers added a cute touch to the suite. The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!!
The dining area gets VERY crowded during peak hours.

Seaside Serenity, A Quiet Escape

The beach offered clear sands. Friendly staff members ensured a warm welcome. I enjoyed the outside bar by the pool area because it was convenient. The grilling station served food that tasted yummy. I liked the fire dance show performed by an excellent group.
There was no spa available. I found this misleading. The name suggests spa facilities.

The bed sheets felt clean. The rooms seemed spacious with balconies. There was a place available to dry clothes, so the laundry process was simplified, and I found it useful .

The sunset view was amazing. The resort had front beach access. There was a big swimming pool available. I was happy as the resort is close to the water.

The service was great, and the staff proved to be hospitable. Bartenders were accommodating and made well-crafted cocktail drinks. I thought that the supervisor, Jerald Gonzalez, was very kind and attentive, providing us with assistance.
